Normally it takes 2-3 days to reach your customs after your order is shipped. You need to be responsible for customs and taxes there when orders reach your customs. From our experience, few orders have problems passing through customs in USA, France and Germany.

Please note: DHL can ship everything on our site but liquid and 2600mah battery for a while. Please make sure that you won't choose DHL if you want liquid (such as ejuice, flavour, PG or VG) or 2600mah battery. We can ship other batteries including ego T batteries with no problems.
If you choose DHL, you will get a DHL waybill and can track it at www.dhl.com timely.
